Transfer Your Cruise Booking to Us

Transfer a Norwegian Cruise Line Booking – Bookings may be transferred to us up until 30 days from creation, if the request is made outside of the Final Payment period and the booking is not paid in full. For new reservations booked within final payment period, that are paid in full, transfer requests can be processed if the request is received within 7 or less days of final payment application. If the transfer request involves a change in currency, NCL cannot accommodate the transfer. If you have a new booking that is not deposited yet, you can simply call NCL directly and tell them that you’d like to transfer your reservation to us. They’ll ask you for our agency’s name, phone number, as well as the name of an agent you spoke to at our agency. Please call us for it (or see the information in the form below), prior to calling NCL. If you have deposited the booking, you’ll need to fill out their transfer form (see below) and then send it to them via email to: Dispatch@ncl.com. Please contact us after sending the transfer form to NCL and we will keep an eye out for it.

Transfer a Royal Caribbean Booking – Bookings originally booked directly through Royal Caribbean may be transferred to us within 60 days from the date of creation. The transfer request must be made outside of the Final Payment period and the booking cannot be paid in full. If a booking has a ChoiceAir ticket and the transfer request involves a change in currency, Royal Caribbean cannot accommodate a transfer. Please contact us after requesting the transfer from Royal Caribbean and we will keep an eye out for your booking.

Transfer a Celebrity Cruises Booking – Bookings originally booked directly through Celebrity may be transferred to us within 60 days from the date of creation. The transfer request must be made outside of the Final Payment period and the booking cannot be paid in full. If a booking has a ChoiceAir ticket (Flights by Celebrity) and/or the transfer request involves a change in currency, Celebrity Cruises cannot accommodate a transfer. Please contact us after requesting the transfer from Celebrity and we will keep an eye out for your booking.
